How I can help you

There are times in our lives when we can become quite overwhelmed by events, or our feelings inside, and need some support.

Being listened to and having a space to explore how you feel can help to make sense of yourself.

I work in a psychodynamic way which addresses the conflicts that we sometimes feel inside and which can become quite difficult to deal with on our own. I can offer some CBT and I also sometimes use a solution focussed approach that deals with a specific issue, being flexible to meet your needs.

In the initial session, we can talk about what it is that you would want and how I might be able to give you the support you are looking for.

I also offer supervision to practising counsellors on a fortnightly (50 minutes) basis.
